For use with carpet extraction or “steam cleaning” equipment. Contains a blend of ingredients to provide mild but effective cleaning. Fortified with a counteractant to neutralize unpleasant odours. Designed for synthetic carpets only, not wool.
Move furniture away from carpet to be cleaned. Vacuum carpet thoroughly before cleaning. Use a carpet pre-spray or spotter on high traffic or heavily soiled areas.
Mix the extraction cleaner into the solution tank of the extractor with hot water at a rate of 1 part cleaner to 25 parts water (1:25). Use the extractor machine to inject chemical and extract dirt out of carpets. For improved results, extract at the end with clear water only. Allow carpet to dry, then vacuum thoroughly to remove residue. Place waxed paper or aluminum foil under lets of furniture while carpet is drying.
Do not over wet carpet, as this can cause shrinking of carpet. Do not use on wool carpet, only synthetics. Always test for colourfastness before use. To do this, apply dilute cleaner to small spot of the carpet, then rub with a clean white cloth. If colour transfers to the cloth, do not use. Ensure that chemical does not spray onto furniture.
